How to take measures

All measures are complete circuference and should be taken with a straight but relaxed posture. try to keep the tape measure parralle to the floor. Its often useful to have a buddy measure you.

  • Ladies' fit, Chest/Bust - Taken at the widest point (while wearing bra if you normaly do) normally around the nipple line.
  • Men's fit Chest - Below the armpit and abouve the nipple.
  • Waist - Taken at the natural waist.
  • Low waist -Taken just below the belly button.
  • Hip - Taken at the widest point between the top and bottom of the hip bones.
